Mustaffa Musa is a Human Resource Practitioner
and Trainer with more than 17 years of working experience
in four different industries namely manufacturing,
services, trading and GLC before joining Learning
Edge Consultants.
Started his career as Personnel Officer to Wing
Tiek Holdings Group Berhad, and was made the Group
Head of Human Resource for 3 of NAZA Group of Companies
namely NAZA Kia Sdn Bhd, NAZA Kia Services Sdn Bhd
and NAZA Corporation Sdn Bhd.
He has also worked for Perbadanan Kemajuan Ekonomi
Negeri Perlis – PRIMO International/Unifloor
Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Thermos Group Companies - Top Thermo
Manufacturing Sdn Bhd and Nippon Yusen Kaisha Group
(NYK) - Trans Asia Shipping Corporation Berhad.
After graduating from University Technology Mara
(UiTM) in Public Administration he obtained his Train
The Trainer Certificate from Chisholm Institute of
Australia. He then proceeded with his Training Evaluation
Certification from the same Institution - both recognized
certifications by Human Resource Development Council
(HRDC).
As a recognized hands-on Human Resource Practitioner
and Trainer Mustaffa’s help was sought after
by HRDC in developing practical modules for English
Language training.
He developed together with HRDC two (2) programs namely
Business English for Executive (BEE) and Communication
English for Workers (COMEW).
His vast working experience with many well-established
organizations has nurtured him in imparting best Human
Resource Development practices.
Ong Khian Hock is a Sales and Project Manager Trainer with more than 13 years of working experience in three different industries namely, Public Relations, Environment and Banking before joining Learning Edge Consultants.
He began his career as Sales Trainer to AppCo-Granton Group of Companies, Ong has climbed the corporate ladder until he became the Department Compliance Officer for United Overseas Bank BHD.
He also handled Public Relations projects for many Public Listed and PLC companies. Some of his clients include Sun Microsystems, JobsDB.com, and the Securities Commission of Malaysia.
He has also worked for CitiBank BHD as the Department Compliance Officer for customer services, spearheading projects for Business Continuity Planning for the said department as well as compliance planning.
A graduate from University Of London, he has always been a proponent of change for companies. He believes that there are many ways to achieve the desired results and the current practices and procedures in place can always be improved upon.
